Industrial boards must come apart
VFDs, servo drives, PLCs and DAQ terminals split MCU/DSP, isolated gate drive, sensing and Ethernet/CAN across PCBs. Pin and female headers exist so a failed power stage does not scrap the CPU board. Miniaturized VFD write-ups squeeze 2.54mm, but the nets are still PWM, enable, fault, encoder and aux — short board-to-board, not the fieldbus plug on the cabinet wall.

Inside the cabinet
- Fans and heat: size plastic and plating for life temperature, not only reflow.
- Noise: interleaved grounds, short stacks, a can if needed — the header is not 50Ω.
- Vibration: THT plus pegs; gold dual-beam sockets if the port is serviced.
- 8/16/32-ch DAQ: keep empty positions for creepage; do not collapse the grid.
Fieldbus leaving the box is not a pin header. Headers only join two boards in the same steel volume.
Junjia’s industrial volumes are 2.54/2.00/1.27mm straight and right-angle sets. Put PWM count, aux current, stack height and field-swap on the RFQ for a matched pinout.
